What We Do
No sport in Australia offers end-to-end education for volunteer administrators. Our mission is to fill this gap by offering volunteer administrators across Australia the knowledge and support they need to run sustainable, successful community clubs.
THE TD SOLUTIONS STORY
The knowledge and experience gained from decades of elite professional sport administration have been modified and simplified for the grassroots, and the results are changing clubs across the country. In its first five years, the innovative approach TD Solutions has supported more than 3,000 volunteer administrators across 55 sports, across the country.
Since COVID-19, we’ve moved all of our education online, so we can reach more clubs, associations and leagues. We’ve captured lots more data. It shows that grassroots administrators need education and planning more than ever. Post COVID-19, the grassroots sporting environment will be different and challenging.
Our free Webinar Series, our Strategic Planning Workshops and our TDS YouTube channel will support all club administrators to be able to run clubs that survive and thrive in the new normal.

The One Thing
The one thing that all clubs need is a plan.
Our data shows that most clubs don't have one, or if they do it's not fit for purpose. Just about any issue that harms a community club can be traced back to not having a clear plan.
If you think your club could use some help, book a free, no obligation chat with TDS to discuss how your club can survive and thrive.
"The information TDS shared was great, it gave us several new initiatives to follow through with as well as confirm some plans that we are looking at starting. This was such a great initiative by Casey Council and we would like to thank you for the opportunity.
Having access to TDS website IP is also fantastic. There is a wealth of knowledge that all clubs would benefit from."
- Steve Santamaria
Berwick Netball Club
We have found TDS a breath of fresh air honestly. We just completed the club-based workshop last week and although he was straight forward with some home truths about our club, it really made the committee both long term existing and new committee members reflect and evaluate where we are as a club right now as well as where we want to be and how to start making inroads on achieving those goals.
- Adrian Hopkins
Narre South Cricket Club
“We highly recommend TDS program to any sporting organisation looking to improve their operations. The session that was run by TDS gave our club some great ideas and initiatives to work on. Not only do we feel there will be some immediate results realised by implementing some of these new initiatives we also see the long-term viability and success of the club being greatly improved. .”
